The owner of this store was extremely rude. If I could give zero stars, I would. She has no business working in customer service if she’s going to treat customers with such disrespect. Her daughter was coughing near me without wearing a mask, yet she had the audacity to tell me to put on a face mask because “a lot of people come in here.” If health and safety are truly a concern, that standard should apply to everyone — especially someone who is visibly coughing. What made the situation worse was her tone. She didn’t ask politely; she spoke in a very demeaning and disrespectful way. That kind of attitude is unacceptable and reflects very poor customer service. I would not recommend this store based on this experience.

I ordered from out of state for my Mom, and the bouquet got there on time despite them being overloaded with Mother's Day orders. The flowers were super fresh, bright, and beautifully arranged. I will be shopping here for all my flowers for her. Thank you guys, you rock!

***Would NOT recommend*** **They SHORT you flowers** *CHEAT you out of $$$ - you don't get what you pay for* Very disappointed!!! Ordered directly from the location and paid extra money for a "large" floral arrangement; instead a "small" arrangement was delivered (@ same price) Arrangement looked nothing like the picture shown when order was placed. Would NOT recommend or use again!

NEVER use this florist !!!! 1 800 Flowers used this local florist to deliver flowers to one of my best friend’s Mother’s memorial. 1. The flowers arrived 20 minutes AFTER the memorial had started 2. It was NOT the arrangement I ordered. The vase was a ugly clear old looking vase instead of the beautiful curved red vase I had ordered. 3. The sympathy card did NOT say what I had written and was scrawled in sloppy handwriting. 4. The envelope did NOT even have the correct spelling of the funeral home on it 5. When I complained to 1 800 Flowers THEY canceled the order to cancel payment because of the problems 6. When this so-called florist found that the order had been canceled because of the issues listed above, they forced the funeral home manager to enter an ACTIVE - ONGOING memorial to REMOVE the flowers in front of everyone !!!! 7. The florist would not even allow my friend to keep the card !!!! I AM MORTIFIED !!!!

I highly recommend this florist. Due to work circumstances, I wasn't able to get the time to contact a florist in the Ft. Hood area to order flower arrangements for that special lady in my life until late in the day on a Saturday. I live in Washington state. I used this florists website to pick a fall basket arrangement and then called to place a custom arrangement order to go along with the basket arrangement. I asked it it was too late in the business day to get the orders delivered that day and was told regrettably no, but that they could deliver it the next day, on Sunday. I pointed out that the website showed they were closed on Sundays, but the florist assured me that delivery would be made and without any additional fees beyond the standard ones. I gave the florist a price range, the primary color and three accompanying colors, and my permission to use their creativity to create the arrangement. The florist rocked the custom order and delivered both arrangements as stated! My special lady was brought to tears.
